What to Expect at Your First Appointment

Before You Arrive:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient intake paperwork.
  • Bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card(s), and a current medication list.


During Your Visit:
Our team values your time and strives to see every patient promptly. Occasionally, complex cases may require extra attention from the provider. If a delay occurs, our front desk will gladly offer to reschedule or update you on the expected wait time.
